AFC Payment Options

**NEW** Payment Plans Available!

Until June 30th, 2022 we will be offering the option to pay in installments player registrations. This option disappears on July 1st (after our deadline) so to take advantage of the payment plan option players must register prior to June 30.

When you reach the payment screen you will see the option to choose Payment Plan. There is an initial deposit required of $75.00 and the balance will be split between 3 equal payments. For more detailed instructions please click here.

Please note that:

  • Payment plans are only for our Season Registration and it is not available for the Academy, Programs or Summer Camps. If you want to child for any of the Academies and would like some assistance financially please email us at and we will be happy to help.

  • Payment plan option will not be available after June 30th.

  • Credit card on file can be changed, please contact us immediately if you need to update the information. Email us at and we will arrange for a phone call to update the information.


  • Please ensure your credit card has enough room to cover the payments listed on the schedule (on your confirmation receipt)

  • If a payment is declined the payment plan will cancel automatically and the remainder balance will be owed immediately. Players are considered registered once the balance is paid in full.

We accept Credit Card for all registrations. You can also use your Interact Visa if you prefer to pay directly from your bank. 

Please do not hand in or mail cash or cheques to your coach or staff. We can't issue a receipt or acknowledge receipt of these. 

Jumpstart // KidSport Applicants

We recommend you apply for funding 1 or 2 months prior the start of the program you want to enroll for.

Multi Child Discount

Big family? No problem!​ Families with more than 2 players registered will receive a 50% discount for the youngest player of that same family. 

To request the discount:

  1. Sign up all players except the youngest player of your family.
  2. Once this is done email us at (please include the DOB of your youngest one) and we will send you a discount to pay 50% of the last registration.
Please note all players must be under the same address and email under the account. If the last names differ the Club reserves the right to ask for further documentation. Discount must be requested for the current season and cannot be backdated.
